Order preparation
Preparation time: Orders are prepared within 24 business hours from order confirmation.
Cut-off time: Orders received before 14:00 are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been prepared and is ready for dispatch.

Issues and claims
If you notice any issue with your order (damage, missing items, errors), please contact us within the first 48 hours of receipt so we can handle it properly.
Our customer service team is available Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 18:00 and Fridays from 8:30 to 13:30 to resolve any issue.
